Hello there 🙂
I’m currently typing this on my couch, in my PJs, and I even haven’t washed my face or combed through the bird’s nest in my hair. Needless to say, I am not anywhere near the girl in the pictures above. Sometimes we all need a little reality check 🙂 Also, as I’m looking at these pictures, I’m laughing at the bruises on my shins… Ever since I was a little girl, I have always been covered in bruises thanks to my clumsy tendencies. I think “oops” is one word in my vocabulary that use way too frequently.
Today’s post includes an outfit for date night as well as some fun ideas for a memorable time with your lucky significant other!
My dress is from Forever 21, and I’m not joking when I say it cost less than a meal from Chipotle… Now that I’m reading that sentence, I feel like I should have just invested in the burrito instead because I don’t go on many fancy dates. Anyway, I got it on sale for $7… Here is a similar style for $6. I’m a huge fan of wearing all black because it’s so flattering and timeless. I paired this little number with some Steve Madden heels and a Blanc NYC Leather jacket. Simple, easy, effortless!
Whenever I’m asked to plan a date, my mind immediately flashes to food. There’s no better way to get to this girl’s heart than through her stomach! However, I normally opt for breakfast so normal food is a little out of my comfort zone.
My favorite fancier restaurants in the city include:
- Gilt Bar (the steak tartare is out of this world!)
- Fig & Olive
- Cafe Ba-Ba Reeba
- Summer House Santa Monica
- The Hampton Social
- The Allis
- RPM Italian
- Gibson’s (classic!)
- Tavern on Rush
If you have any questions about these restaurants, don’t hesitate to ask. I’m such a foodie. I hope you found this post helpful! Have a wonderful night,
